sticky unremoveable label stuck on one scatter tube but i think it is in poor taste to ask for a review as though we are being asked to review a pair of socks, so insensitive and totally heartless

lovely shaped urn but quality not quite what I expected with dint on lid and paintwork sparse plus presentation box and bag had a strange odour

So sorry to write this as it is a beautiful locket, however it took ages to arrive missed my daughters 30th birthday and when a picture was added it wouldn't close

Sorry i have to write this,i ordered a white oak casket for my dear mother's ashes,it came in good time however the quality was very poor, clearly mass-produced in China or somewhere like that,i was hoping it was going to be a hand made item, granted customer support have been good and arranged for the casket to be picked, which all ran smoothly, so I'm now waiting for my refund,fingers crossed it wont take to long as i need to buy another casket,the pictures online looked great,but with lots of things now adays what you see is not always what you get Nick H

Quick delivery but not a great product. I am not that pleased with the cardboard urn I bought to hold my Nanny's ashes. There is a small crease in the cardboard on the front of the lid. Although it can be turned to the back the picture doesn't line up. As it was packed in a roll of cardboard I cannot understand how the damage could have been missed. Unfortunately, I did not receive the instruction leaflet or sticker that is supposed to be included but did receive the tube of glue. After a couple of attempts, I was able to download the instructions in PDF form but feel this could have caused distress during an already emotional time. I did use the 10% discount code available to buy it and feel glad I didn't pay full price.

I was highly disappointed with the quality of the cross I ordered as it was extremely light in weight which meant it felt cheap & I should have known that when it only takes 7 days to arrive that it can't be good quality as I've had other jewellery made of my dad's ashes & they took about 2 months. Really upset

First they were sent the wrong gold ring , they contacted me and I agreed to except it instead of waiting another 6 weeks I was sent pictures of it ,I did say it looked a bit big as it was pictured on a ring sizer, I was told that when the ashes were put in , it would be the size I wanted !! ( really ) when it arrive they put the wrong name on the certificate spoke to them again they apologised and said they would send another one with the right name meanwhile I've had my ring that is too big sized at a jeweller's its half a size bigger than I ordered ,but also mentioned I still hadn't had the new certificate that was promised,so back it goes to be made smaller strange they don't even a half size ,can't say I had a good experience with this company especially when you've just lost the love of you life I feel that everything that could have gone wrong did !!

I am not happy with what I have received, my locket was scratched and I could barely see the diamond dust . I am very dissatisfied!!!

A little bit disappointed with the product it’s self. The picture on the site looks nothing like what I received, it’s looks cheep looking compare to the picture that’s displayed. When paying nearly £500 for it, it clearly wasn’t cheap.

unfortunately the finish to the product was very poor. There were lots of marks around the inlay. to be fair I did complain and sent some photos showing how poor the quality was and I did get a full refund

When my ring arrived it was beautiful but after wearing it for only a couple of days the silver became tarnished and scratched even though I had taken it off to do any graft work with my hands this is very disappointing

If I'm very honest I was pretty disappointed with the urn, I expected it to be small enough to fit in the palm of my hand but it was more the size of a small thimble and I couldn't use it.

Dear Anne-Marie, We are so sorry that you had expected the Polished Silver Colour Mini Keepsake Cremation Urn For Ashes that you recently purchased from our website to be larger than it was. As the title suggests, this is a MINI keepsake urn and in the description, it states that it only measures 25 mm- which is less than an inch tall and that it is suitable to contain a small pinch of ashes. This is the smallest size of keepsake urn that we offer. Most of our miniature urns measure about 3 inches in height and have a 3 cc capacity. I am sorry to say but I do not think there are enough of the ashes in the style of ring I have chosen . I am disappointed to be truthful I also asked for diamond dust and not sure this has been added as the review linked to me states no dust ?

Our jewellery team work really hard to complete each bespoke piece. Due to the style of item you chose, yes there won't be a large amount of ashes included, however the team will always use the amount they feel is right for each piece, and will overall look visually the best. I can guarantee that diamond dust was added to your ring as this is stated on your order. We say that diamond dust might not always be visible, and this can be determined by the style of item and the resin colour chosen. It is not a shimmer or sparkle, but a beautiful subtle glint when it is hit by natural light. Adore the design, didnt bother me that the delivery date was inaccurate but I noticed the urn itself has scuff Mark's over it not just one either, it's quite sad and I'm quite disappointed as its silver and quite noticeable and quite alot of money so I would expect more than what arrived at the very least no scuff or scratch Mark's

I ordered a pendant on 23rd of September, its now 8th of oct and i still haven't received it and when i go on my order to track it it wont accept the tracking code from email!! And I've had no update emails or text to tell me about delivery as of yet,!!.... so i cannot give you a review as such as i dont know what it like yet,,????

We are so very sorry for the delay with your order. After checking I can see there seems to be an issue with Royal Mail and so we have sent you another pendant today for delivery tomorrow. I placed order with the understanding it would take 7 days, to be told once money was cashed that it was 14 days, but it took longer. On asking for a due date, Racheal was very abrute and spoke over me. I explained that why I was requesting estimated delivery date she was not interested. The circle in the middle of the ring has wonkey edges, as if rushed. If it hadn't included my Dads ashes id have returned ring, 1unhappy customer.

I was really excited to order my ashes ring when reading the comments and reviews. I paid online and receive my ashes bag very quickly, I returned the ashes and the company received them on Friday 28th June. ( I know from chasing myself) I havnt received an single email since I posted the ashes. I have had to chase numerous times with the Facebook page as usual delivery is within 10 days, Ive been waiting for plus 3 weeks now.. I tried chasing through email and no reply. I have had no email out of curtiousy to say my order will be late, again only got told there's a problem within the making department. If its going to be later than usual then I should of received an email explaining this. I'm still yet to recieve my ring and from this customer service I've received when we get future memorial jewellery we will go to another company. I'm generally shocked by the customer service I had recived.
