Unfortunately they had ran out of the colour for the organza I had ordered, so I had a voicemail from them asking if I would like to cancel it or change to a different colour, which I appreciated, as some companies would just outright cancel it. I called back to request a different colour, and it was dispatched the same day. Great customer service. Will definitely order my fabrics from here again”
