“I'll know if I come here again instead of Pound Fabrics not to expect the same type/quality of fabric to be supplied when ordering multiple colours from the same listing.”

Please be aware that our suppliers occasionally change batches, and due to the extensive inventory we manage, it can be challenging to consistently monitor fabric weights. Ordering samples is always recommended for accuracy, but nevertheless, your feedback is instrumental in our continuous efforts to enhance both our website and customer service. “I paid £9.99 for next day delivery and I didn’t get my fabric until the 4th day. So when would it have been delivered if I didn’t pay for next day delivery?”

“The linen look fabric is okay. The new jersey fabric is horrible, nothing like I was expecting, no substance to it and I will never use it. Wish I could return or swap it for better quality 😢 I have emailed and left a message with no response.”

Hello there Thank you for your feedback, I apologise for not replying to your inquiry as the order confirmation given was not recognised and our young trainee assumed it was a scam. Once again I am sorry that you were inconvenienced. Having looked further into your order I can see that the order was placed on the 25th July with a UK standard delivery. The order was processed and despatched on the 27th July via Royal Mail and delivered to you on the 29th July. Kindly note the team collectively does its very best to process orders as quickly as possible, but a standard service can take 2/3 days deliver from the point of despatch. Kind regards Nicky

“I ordered some samples of fabric, however one of them was missing when the rest arrived, unfortunately all the samples that I got were completely no good for what I wanted. I’m sure that if I went and searched through the website, I would probably find a fabric that would have been suitable. The Website is easy to use and delivery was fairly quick.
