However, I kindly request your patience for a few more days. It's not uncommon for Royal Mail to experience slight delays, particularly during the Christmas season, which are unfortunately beyond our control. Hello Mia I am sorry to read the negative review you have left us, informing us that you still have not received your order from us. I have looked into the status of your order and can confirm that the fabric rolls and fabric were certainly despatched the next day in a timely manner on Tuesday 17th October via Royal Mail standard delivery. However, may I request you give it a few more days as Royal mail can occasionally experience slight delays that are completely beyond our control to manage. I have emailed you too with how we can move forward if Royal Mail fails to deliver, rest assured we will look after you. If you do receive the order in the meantime, may I kindly trouble you to kindly update me. Also note, the tracking reference will only activate once there has been an attempted delivery (unfortunately that is how Royal Mail standard service operates). fabric arrived torn and stinking of rotting fish. requested a refund but had no response. do not use this company.

However, moving forward I would like to look after you and have emailed you to resolve the matter. I understand I caught you at an inconvenient time and you were unable to discuss the matter, and I'd like to wish you best of luck with your job in hand. Kindly note, the dress net is an imported fabric, occasionally and rarely sometimes this fabric can carry an odour - but by airing it, most of the time the issue can be resolved. I have addressed the team of the issue and concern and will look into it closely. As a small family run company we are committed to serving our customers and look after them as we would want to be, if we were to shop online. ourselves. Despite having paid next day delivery I still haven’t received the fabric (10days later) . I will be sending it back, if it ever arrives but will be out of pocket on delivery. Very poor service

Please be assured that we would never want our customers to be 'out of pocket', we always do our very best to ensure a smooth shopping experience and always advise customers to contact us if they have any concerns. Unfortunately, I have tracked the order (sent you the reference details too) and found that Parcelforce has mentioned that the address is insufficient and the parcel is at the depot and they will most likely return it to us. We have both been let down and I can understand it may have reflected badly upon our service to you. Please find the transaction has been refunded fully. Unfortunately fabric sample took almost 2 weeks to arrive, working to a deadline there was no time to order the fabric even though it was what I was looking for but I had to shop elsewhere with better dispatch times

Fleece advertised as 420GSM -& that was the reason I ordered it. It is nowhere near this. It is very thin fleece Very disappointing. Only positive thing was fairly quick delivery
