“The material I ordered was the wrong colour not suitable for my project. I tried returning but was told it was too expensive for a small business to accept returns. My fault for not ordering a sample but samples don’t always give you a true idea as is often too small. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Disappointed”

While we genuinely appreciate your situation, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns on fabric that has been cut specifically to the measurements requested. As a small business, we apply this policy consistently so that it remains fair to all customers. With postage fees and a 15% restocking fee, returning cut fabric often isn’t cost-effective either, which is why we try to provide clear information upfront. We are sorry for the disappointment caused, and we do appreciate your understanding.
