“The material I ordered was the wrong colour not suitable for my project. I tried returning but was told it was too expensive for a small business to accept returns. My fault for not ordering a sample but samples don’t always give you a true idea as is often too small. Don’t think I will be ordering from here again. Disappointed”

As a small business, we apply this policy consistently so that it remains fair to all customers. With postage fees and a 15% restocking fee, returning cut fabric often isn’t cost-effective either, which is why we try to provide clear information upfront.
