Hello Mia I am sorry to read the negative review you have left us, informing us that you still have not received your order from us. I have looked into the status of your order and can confirm that the fabric rolls and fabric were certainly despatched the next day in a timely manner on Tuesday 17th October via Royal Mail standard delivery. However, may I request you give it a few more days as Royal mail can occasionally experience slight delays that are completely beyond our control to manage. I have emailed you too with how we can move forward if Royal Mail fails to deliver, rest assured we will look after you. If you do receive the order in the meantime, may I kindly trouble you to kindly update me. Also note, the tracking reference will only activate once there has been an attempted delivery (unfortunately that is how Royal Mail standard service operates).
