“I ordered the Fluval Evo online, despite some reservations about having glass delivered by a courier. I need not have worried. The outside box, as anticipated, was quite battered, but inside was so well packaged that no harm had come to any of the inside boxes. Delivery was fast, I received the tank the day after ordering it. I've not set it up yet, but I have explored the box and everything seems to be in order. I'm looking forward to filling it 😀.”

“The new website is shockingly bad, difficult to to navigate and the stock status doesn't even load half the time. Ever since you moved to the "Shop" layout, actually completing a purchase takes ten times as long. I only buy from you now if I literally cannot ge what I want anywhere else.”

“Charterhouse Aquatics provided an excellent service. All items arrived on time. There was a problem with the Fluval filter, a part was broken, it was collected and replaced within 24 hrs. I would have no probliem recomending Charterhouse Aquatics”

“Hi ordered a shaker 252l came 1 day early, had a problem with the supplied heater 1 email and 24 hours later ne upgraded heater arrived. Fantastic customer service. I order a lot of supplies from now on my go to company, would highly recommend.”
