“I regularly order from charter house aquatic mainly ocean nutrition flake food to feed my fully grown adult emperor angel fish he’s a beast so can imagine he eats at lots, living in the highlands there’s no decent aquatic shops where I live so I’m forced to order online, chatter house aquatic are reliable, I all ways revive my Order in good time and have great communication can’t fault them at all.. wouldn’t shop anywhere else. They guys are great 5 stars”

“Awesome service recently had a problem with some pumps max spec gyres failed still under 12 months warranty max spec wouldn’t cover the warranty as it was a moving part ( bullcrap ) and will never buy a max spec product again Marcus rang straight away to try and sort the issue out he was spot to deal with sorted me a deal out on new Nero 5 pumps delivered next day max spec pumps in bin”

“Struggled getting live mysis from my normal supplier - a few click later and less than 24hrs later..... 7 bags of live mysis for my seahorses! Efficient, competitively priced and the slickest ordering to "boot" - to be honest I'm considering swapping over full time if my regular supplier lets me down again. Fab & would order again from Charterhouse Aquatics any day of the week!”
