Dissapointed with actual quantity of live food. But mostly disgusted with delivery as item was dumped over gate and left in the rain.

Love the service provided for efficiency however the quality of the live brineshrimp is very poor , ordered on 2 occasions and majority dead in the bag / just brown murky water with 1-3 swimming about , river shrimp I carnt fault tho always come in alive

Purchased some life rock which arrived broken. Sent two messages concerning condition of item on arrival and inadequate packing. Also asked question concerning product being dry so concerned item not as described and potentially useless. No response has been received…..

After changing my delivery date to a day when I was away visiting family over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend I amended my delivery notes to be dropped off at my next door neighbours. When I got back he told me it hadn’t been delivered so I checked the delivery tracking website & saw that it was left on my driveway behind a car all weekend in the rain. The box was sodden but thankfully the contents were plastic bottles, however I was less than impressed. This is the second delivery that has been botched recently as on another occasion I paid for next day delivery that didn’t arrive until days later. After using Charterhouse religiously for mail order I’m thinking of trying other outlets, which is disappointing.

In the nicest way possible, I filled my basket and paid for all items to then be told 2 days later 5 out of the 6 plants were unavailable and a refund takes upto 10 days . That’s not very good, if unsure of stock a stock check should b done prior to taking money

Ordered a bottle of magnesium which arrived only a quarter full as it had leaked through the lid.Havent had time to formally complain yet but hopefully I can get some feedback.

Ordered 4 items and received 2, sent an email to customer service outlining the issues and have yet to receive a response. Considering one of the items was live food in highly disappointed

Whilst the service from Charterhouse is very good the last three deliveries have all been via royal mail which has been an issue on all three occasions as Royal Mail just do what they like and don't take any notice of the instructions input via their app. Never ever had an issue with DPD and will now seriously not consider using Charterhouse because of their use of royal mail So it's the carrier they use which is my issue unfortunately

Please sort this out ....... The website offers free delivery for orders over 螢50. I only order a certain fish food and wanted to order the quantity which would take my order over 螢50 so that I get the free delivery. The website says that they have no more stock available. I wanted to order 4 of the fish food. They would only let me order 2. This has happened to me on 2 occasions.

Had to wait a month for a delivery that課_. Had to wait a month for a delivery that was supposed to be 10-14 days. Quick to respond to emails, but shouldnt have to keep asking where my order was. Wont be buying anything again

Very poor communication and packaging. Very poor communication, the order took over a week to be delivered and the frozen food was so badly packed it had mostly defrosted on arrival. I won課ェt be using this company again.

Really feel let down. Never had this service before. First time of ordering livestock, so I wanted some crabs and some snails. I ordered and for somereason it linked straight to my paypal account and gave me no choice so I had to get them to change the payment. I also ordered some frags. The deliver arrived with seconds to spare on its 12 noon deadline. I was one snail short. One of the frags which was a free one was very bashed about and not happy, but the water the frags came in stank, and I mean stank. It was bad. I drip fed, and changed the water to mine before putting them in. Two frags dead the next morning, second one has now gone and my crabs have moved the entire third one which is somewhere in the tank. I contacted charterhouse, was first of all accused of not paying, then offered a refund and next time I order you can have the extra snail. No not really good enough, found a very similar frag at same cost but they would not send that one. Will never buy livestock again from them, so I have lost out. Never had a problem when I brought a top up system and the pump failed, it seems that with the livestock it is a very different service which is a total shame.
