“Fantastic, I can’t fault them with the few orders I’ve placed, I did have a delivery problem with DPD but it was sorted out by Charterhouse aquatics, emails were answered very quick. The corals I bought arrived very healthy and very well packaged. They have earned a regular customer and I will be ordering again.”

“I ordered the Fluval Evo online, despite some reservations about having glass delivered by a courier. I need not have worried. The outside box, as anticipated, was quite battered, but inside was so well packaged that no harm had come to any of the inside boxes. Delivery was fast, I received the tank the day after ordering it. I've not set it up yet, but I have explored the box and everything seems to be in order. I'm looking forward to filling it 😀.”
