“Excellent products at great prices and the staff are always very helpful when you require help and information, loving the new UNS range that Charterhouse are stocking. I don’t use anyone else for any of my aquatic equipment, also bought corals before and they always come very well packaged.”

“I was find the shopping experience at our house very straightforward actually mention the recent order in unboxing video on YouTube. The range is good. I think the one time I called as the team were very responsive. I think if there is anything to mention in terms of improvement; it would be that if a order is bundled with items in stock and out of stock to potentially have the option to deliver the items in stock in advance as opposed to waiting for the complete order to be in stock before dispatching. Thanks for your work.”
