“Order took longer than I thought it would, but I guess that’s a downfall of “free shipping”. Something I ordered was out of stock and the customer service guys were prompt in emailing me with some alternatives. I did then have a problem with a faulty item which again, customer services were great in sorting. Not the smoothest of experiences but customer service really were 10/10 for their help with everything”

“Charterhouse Aquatics is my go-to for all my aquatic needs. The website is nice and easy to navigate (I did prefer the old one, sorry) and the customer service is excellent. My only small issue is having to pay extra for delivery services when other online retailers give free, next day deliveries.”

“Item was described incorrectly on their website the valve was only suitable for pressure pipe and it didnt say that so wasnt suitable. When I contacted them they did arrange to collect and gave me a full refund so 5 stars for that”

“Charterhouse are really good the delivery was quick, prices are good and is pretty easy to find what you need. A couple of issues with my most recent order though. 1) One of the lights i ordered had clearly been returned recently, not an issue in itself (as long as it works, still under warrenty etc) but the packing slip with the original purchasers details was still in the box! The product had clearly not been checked prperly when it was returned. 2) The Hybrid mount, i ordered the pictures are misleading as you only get 1 set of arms to attach the lights to, (i knew the lights were not included). S to get what it shows in thepicture you need to order a rail and a second hybrid mount kit.”

“Great service - Need a cheaper way to get stuff shipped to Northern Ireland. Perhaps royal mail could facilate this as its cheaper to buy through other vendors at the moment but not my preferred option. Would be 5 with cheaper shipping to northern ireland.”

“Charterhouse Aquatics have been great so far. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great. The only problem I found was with the last two orders was that I chose 1-2 day delivery and it took a bit longer to receive the items (5days). Normally I don't mind it but when you have an emergency and have to test the water or medicate fish it can be a bit time pressured and stressful not knowing when you will receive the item. Unfortunately local shop was out of stock for almost two weeks on this specific item so couldn't get it elsewhere quicker.”

“Good delivery and quality plants but課_. Good delivery and quality plants but let down by poorly thought out packaging. Pllants were in excellent health so recovered quickly but were in a sorry state on arrival for such expensive uncommon plants.”

“Faith has been restored. After a week the impeller shaft snapped on my octopus 110 skimmer so far it課ｪs taken a week to try and get the shaft replaced I課ｪm still waiting for a decision ,for what the part cost and to keep the customer happy if it was me I課ｪd have just sent a replacement so to that end the customer service as for as my experience is concern is pretty poor if we were talking a new pump I could understand , we are talking a 螢6 ? After talking to Kevin direct he told me they weren課ｪt in stock but would get the part from the showroom and guarantee del the following morning faith in buying here again has been restored Cheers Kev?”
