“Media bags. Ordered a mix of media bags as I wanted to try a few out see what worked for me. Charterhouse had a good range of choice and, as always, price was competitive and the goods turned up quickly. Nothing more than their usual good service :)”

“Fantastic service and quick delivery!. Charterhouse Aquatics saved my fish tank! My Red sea max 250 Circulation pump Number 1 gave up on me and put me whole tank at risk with no filtration. Charterhouse were not the cheapest supplier I had found but their next day delivery really helped out. The pump was received next day before 1PM as promised, with a tracked carrier so I knew where it was and when to expect it. The pump was safely packaged and works a treat. Thank you for your help charterhouse aquatics. You are my go to site from now on!”

“lengthy wait. Have ordered items from charterhouse before with no problems but had to wait far too long for my latest order to arrive and because there was a wait for 1 of my items the rest of my order was not sent to me until the order was complete which as I had ordered food with the order waiting about 6 weeks was far too long.”

“Superb service. Excellent service. Ordered Sunday, posted Monday, arrived Tuesday, you can't get better than that! E mail updates all the way. Very pleased and I will use again. Unlike an item I ordered from the USA the same day.. it's taken 4 days to get from Arizona to Los Angeles and still has not left the country!”

“Simple problem free process.. Interesting website with a few nice features, saves the shopping cart and brings it back up even after you close the page or shutdown the computer/device, must save the basket to the IP address on the device, if that feature wasn't there I don't think I would have made the sale it was sort of a do I or don't I, and if I had to select the products all over again the next day I don't think I would have bothered. The only issue so far is one of the 6 items I purchased was in stock on the website when it actually wasn't in stock("stock discrepancy" but these things happen don't they), but I got an email the day after the order saying it will be posted along when it arrives meaning I still get the rest of the order. other websites hold back the whole order to save on postage, nice to see I'm not dealing with penny pinchers. If I ever go to London I will definitely visit the showroom.”

“AAA+++ Best Service Speedy Delivery. Had ordered eheim media bundle and arrived next day. Missing bits inside but then called back and was send the items the following day after. The service was special and highly recommended as they take customer to mind.”

“Fast professional service with top quality products. I purchased a few items from them including an eheim professional 250T and co2 equpment for my planted tank. The eheim was recommended and all the advice given was spot on! Would use again, just a pity that the store is so far away as I'd love to visit!”
