“Quality service. Ordered corals and urchins, it was great that there was no additional charges for extra items, a nice touch was the acclimation drip hose and instructions, very happy with the before 12pm next day standard delivery, all livestock was healthy and went into the tank easly, fantastic service and very important the the livestock was treated with care, would use the service again.”

“Great Product, Amazing Customer Service!!. I ordered a light unit from Charterhouse for our fish tank, it was the cheapest I have ever seen, unfortunately when it was delivered both of the bulbs were smashed but after a quick call to customer service a new one was on its was for next day delivery but as the original one was out of stock they upgraded it to a better model :) Will recommend this company to anybody, great prices, amazing customer service and a great buying experience! Will definitely use again.”

“First Stop for Eheim Filters and Spares. Have been using Charterhouse on and off for several years. The website is well constructed, easy to use, and the prices are always reasonable. Everything ordered is delivered quickly, well packaged, and delivery info provided. Can't fault the service.”
