“Quality products at a good price, delivered quickly.. It is cheaper to buy fish foods and salt from Charterhouse Aquatics, online, than visiting other aquatic shops. The delivery is free, and normally comes the next day, can't fault it.”

“brilliant product, brilliant service, brilliant delivery time. I wanted a silent pump for my fishtank and all opinions led me to Charterhouse. As promised, i now have a quiet lounge but for the sound of the filter bubbles and two very happy fish, all done and dusted in 10 minutes on the website and delivered the next day. Perfect!”

“Excellent customer service!. Charterhouse were very easy to deal with, I was kept fully up to date with the progress of my order via email and telephone and the people were helpful and courteous. “Great company to deal with.. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery of my item (Flourish Excel),2 days after ordering which in my opinion was excellent.Also the price was very reasonable,certainly cheaper than my previous supplier.I will certainly purchase from this company again and would recommend it to anyone.”
