“What can I say. Charterhouse aquatics is the first online aquatic retail shop I visit usually to replace any reef supplemts Reef salt or just looking.price are very good as well,they are up to date latest equipment. and Customer service is very good.”

“More than half my order did NOT arrive the one plant that did arrived completely snapped and dissembled. I called customer service to be told to wait for a factory response and they will ring back didn’t get a call back! That was £57 down the drain for stuff I did not receive I’m so upset I don’t know what to do.”

“I forgot one item on an order but that was quickly sorted out. Order confirmed on the 20th, updated on the 22nd and 4 days later it's still not arrived. Normally I've had orders of in stock items within 48 hours so I'm a bit confused, but it has been a while since I have placed an order. Evri gave the impression on tracking it would be delivered today so I made arrangements for it to go to a local collection point at at around 6am this morning. Looking on their site it appears my order have been sat at their depot since 02:24 with no further update. Charterhouse aquatics have always been a reliable company with speedy delivery so not sure what's gone on this time, its a shame as the chosen delivery company I feel is an extention of service provided.”
