“I forgot one item on an order but that was quickly sorted out. Order confirmed on the 20th, updated on the 22nd and 4 days later it's still not arrived. Normally I've had orders of in stock items within 48 hours so I'm a bit confused, but it has been a while since I have placed an order. Evri gave the impression on tracking it would be delivered today so I made arrangements for it to go to a local collection point at at around 6am this morning. Looking on their site it appears my order have been sat at their depot since 02:24 with no further update. Charterhouse aquatics have always been a reliable company with speedy delivery so not sure what's gone on this time, its a shame as the chosen delivery company I feel is an extention of service provided.”

“Im relatively new to fishkeeping although I did have a go about 30 yrs ago Charterhouse Aquatics I found on line and as a result it is my go to store for my aquatic requirements. They carry most things in stock and the majority of their items are top brands and top quality. My first small tank arrived with damage which made it impossible to keep and get started. I contacted Charterhouse by email together with photos of damage and within 24 hrs a replacement tank was on its way, Customer service to date has been second to none and I look forward to a continuing relationship, well done Charterhouse”
