“Amazing customer service. I have ordered many times from Charterhouse, everything has always arrived on time in excellent condition. I recently needed to use their customer services (my fault not their's!) They made the return process exceptionally easy and refunded in a timely manner. 100% will continue to use Charterhouse for all my marine purchases. “I have purchased all my Juwel parts and filters from Charterhouse Aquatics for the last couple of years and never had any problems. They are normally able to price match other companies but it’s a shame they don’t sell the impellers for Juwel pumps.”
