“Good prices and reasonably good delivery. Eheim filter parts ordered came in flimsy paper bag all the boxes inside crushed and useless to store the spare filters in. Never given this company a bad review, but if this is the packaging of the future there are other suppliers. Please charge a little more and ensure goods ordered are intact. I think most people like to receive goods sent in boxes arrive in decent condition. Charterhouse - Please use good packaging .”

“Having waited since beginning of Feb for their new stock to arrive,disappointed to find that it had an expiry date of April 2024,giving me two weeks to use a bottle that would normally last me 5 weeks. New batches can last up to 6 months in fridge once opened. This appears to be what was supplied by their wholesaler as new? They are however trying to locate fresh batch for me.”

“Despite all products showing in stock online they never are and you have to wait at least two weeks before they dispatch them. I always have to chase the order up. Didn’t receive a response to my chaser email and when I phoned them the guy I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. Won’t be ordering again.”

“Charterhouse Aquatics have been great so far. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great. The only problem I found was with the last two orders was that I chose 1-2 day delivery and it took a bit longer to receive the items (5days). Normally I don't mind it but when you have an emergency and have to test the water or medicate fish it can be a bit time pressured and stressful not knowing when you will receive the item. Unfortunately local shop was out of stock for almost two weeks on this specific item so couldn't get it elsewhere quicker.”

“Salt was not delivered. To be fair to Charterhouse they were let down by their courier, DPD. Salt was meant to be delivered on a Thursday. I got message to then say delivery will be Friday. On the Monday the reason for non delivery was that the parcel was damaged by the courier, DPD. I cancelled the order and refund promptly made.”
