“Bought this tank as my first nano reef tank. Fast delivery with goods safely received. However, the tank has a manufacturing defect (ie air bubbles trapped in the front glass panel). I initially contacted Fluval UK who suggested me get to the resaler. I then emailed Marcus who quickly responded to my replacement request. Since it was out of stock, Marcus had communicated with me regularly and informed me about the expected delivery. I now finally got a replacement and I am very happy about the communication with Marcus in the last 3 months. In summary, great customer service and effective communication. As I have been planning for a red sea reef tank, I will definitely get it from them when I am ready. Thanks”

“This was a seriously smooth purchase. I ordered the tank on a Friday morning. It’s arrived by Saturday lunchtime, despite the distance . I needed the tank to replace an existing one that was leaking. The new one, by the same maker, is absolutely right.”

“The efficiency of this company is amazing, I've ordered numerous times (for marine reef tank products), from them and always received any product that's in stock the next day, with accurate delivery times given by their courier. I live quite local to where they are located and when I have gone to collect in person always found the staff have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to help and give you time and advice about the products. Their price match and level of stock are probably one of the best in the UK, I really can't find any fault in the dealings I've had with them and would recommend anyone use them.”

“Whilst the service from Charterhouse is very good the last three deliveries have all been via royal mail which has been an issue on all three occasions as Royal Mail just do what they like and don't take any notice of the instructions input via their app. Never ever had an issue with DPD and will now seriously not consider using Charterhouse because of their use of royal mail So it's the carrier they use which is my issue unfortunately”
