“I placed a pretty big order as I was converting a vivarium to bioactive. My order shipped for free and arrived next working day. Everything was well packaged and plants looked good. One plant was missing but this was very quickly resolved. Would order again and recommend this seller.”

“I ordered the Fluval Sea Evo 52ltr Aquarium and the Fluval PS2 Protein Skimmer. Delivery was fine, although both items were delivered by separate couriers at different times of the day for some reason. No issues whatsoever with the aquarium itself, but the skimmer arrived damaged. I went through the website to request a return and waited almost a week for an e-mail to say that my return had been authorised, and that more information on how to do the return would follow. That was two days ago and I'm still waiting!”

“I’ve struggled for years to find a skimmer pump that fits my old Red Sea Max 130 I purchased back in 2008 and I’ve finally found a replacement after customising the two pumps I’ve had previously for many years. It’s a slightly different design to the old model but the important thing is it fits the old skimmer chamber and it works perfectly.”

I've found the team very helpful and professional on the odd occasion when I've needed them. “Excellent customer service, second to none. I ordered the Fluval Evo reef aquarium some Caribsea life Rock shapes , sand , heater and Eheim 1000 pump upgrade. Unfortunately the aquarium glass was shattered on delivery despite it being extremely well packed for shipment, a replacement was sent immediately with no quibbling, the man I spoke to was extremely apologetic and spent a long time on the telephone with me offering all manner of advice for setting the tank up and useful future upgrades, made me feel very valued as a customer. I wish this establishment was on my doorstep as I’d love to spend time in Charterhouse Aquatics, with the wealth of knowledge I was provided with I’d be an expert “Reefer” in no time. Definitely my “ go to” store now . Thanks again for the excellent service and support.”
