“Whilst the service from Charterhouse is very good the last three deliveries have all been via royal mail which has been an issue on all three occasions as Royal Mail just do what they like and don't take any notice of the instructions input via their app. Never ever had an issue with DPD and will now seriously not consider using Charterhouse because of their use of royal mail So it's the carrier they use which is my issue unfortunately”

“Ordered a new aquarium online. Ordered a new aquarium online. It asks you to pick a delivery day. Chose the Friday. Received an email Thursday morning saying it had been dispatched and it turned up at my empty house 3 hours later. So as I live 400 miles away it must have come by helicopter. I ended up with a 螢1000 aquarium sitting on my drive for 3 hours. Thankfully it was well packaged. It does looks great and was undamaged.”

“Item still not arrived and no response課_ Update: Awesome service. Item still not arrived and no response from my chasers. Was due to arrive 29th. UPDATE: Having received a couple of calls from Charterhouse, follow up emails and status of delivery, the item has arrived in perfect condition. Great service from these guys. Thanks”

“Good price but aquarium left outside. The item was good price and arrived the expected day. The reason for one start is because the fish tank was left outside and online said that I had signed for the delivery. I was supposed to have signed it and then leave it outside where the picture was taken. It wasn't Charterhouse Aquatics but the courier company they used.”
