“Excellent service. Placed a few orders with charterhouse and all the deliveries have arrived next day. Unfortunately my last order was damaged (not their fault) but a new one was delivered the following day and the damaged one collected at the same time. Excellent service, could not ask for more. Very professional.”

“Replaced damaged bucket. I ordered a variety of items which arrived in multipe boxes because of the weight. The 22kg salt bucket got completely cracked during delivery, but I promptly received a replacement.”

“Trustworthy, Honest & Reliable ! Choose Charterhouse Aquatics!!. I only fill one of these in every few months as i order nearly weekly for my aquariums. I would only ever use Chartehouse Aquatics for so many reasons. The main ones are: 1.The products they offer , the brands, and also the prices! and to top that they will even match any other price! but to be honest i dont think i have ever found a cheaper price. 2.The sales team!! from when i first started keeping marine fish a few years ago, and still to this day. If i need help or advice i know i can always send a message and 1000% get a reply with answers, suggestions i have never been put in the wrong direction! 3. The after sales, I can honestly say i think i have only had one problem with a digital control for a pump. All i had to do is drop a message to the team and the next day i received a swap for brand new one. And considering they are just selling the brands and not make them the service is second to non! If you are starting out with marine fish and need pointing in the right direction please use CharterHouse. They Have took the worry out of any problems i thought i had. And even if you have years of experience, these guys are that advanced with all the new latest technology you can not go wrong. Thanks Guys .”
