“Great service. I ordered a Hanna salinity checker from Charter House Aquatics. I have used them lots of times before without an issue. Unusually, the Hanna product I ordered did not seem to be functioning properly and the readings seemed to be out by quite a long way. I contacted them about the issue and had a response within an hour. James responded to my email who was very apologetic, and immediately offered me a full refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and a new product was at my door within 36 hours. They took the faulty one away and the replacement works perfectly. With equipment as sensitive as this I guess sometimes things can go wrong (at no fault of the retailer) but if it does it課ｪs nice to know you課ｪre with a company who will do everything they can to rectify the issue in a very short space of time. They were brilliant and they remain my first choice of places to go for tank equipment.”
