“Superb service under difficult circumstances. Charterhouse Aquatics got me out of trouble when my existing fishtank suddenly sprung a serious leak. Even though I had missed the deadline for next day delivery, and despite the coronavirus lockdown, they accommodated my urgent request and managed to get a new aquarium to me by the next day. Thank you for the fantastic service”

“Full marks for product, service and delivery. I use Charterhouse regularly for marine salt, equipment, carbon etc. Prices usually can not be beat, delivery is swift, customer service is responsive and you can trust that what you are getting is the real thing, something which is a worry when ordering from eBay. I recommend them.”
