“Effective communication with the company’s representative resulted in a quick resolution of a delivery concern. The frozen fish food that I ordered was received in a package that contained an ice pack that reduced the chances of a complete thaw of the food. An extra food pack was also included to compensate for the delivery issue.”

“I have used Charterhouse for many years now. They are very helpful when needed. I have a Red Sea 300G2 system and now a TMC Next Wave 60, from them, plus lots of kit and sundries. Good pricing, and they know their products. Recommend any day.”

“Charterhouse was great. We ordered our Apex system on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. We only had one issue, the manufacturer put a EU version of the energy bar in the prepackaged system instead of a UK version. We reached out to Charterhouse on Saturday and was contacted by Marcus on Monday who apologised and arranged for the swap. DPD was ontime and waited for us to swap the UK for the EU energy bar, no hassle. All good by lunchtime on Tuesday.”
