“I ordered some frozen food from eBay, I waited a week with no update. I rang the shop and spoke to a super helpful young man. It turned out that delivery got misplaced by DHL according to the tracking. He sent out another order that one was delayed by DHL so arrived defrosted, so I rang the shop again and spoke to someone else, they were also very helpful and Sent out another order that finally arrived the next day! Your staff have fantastic customer service and I will definitely be ordering all my online aquatic items from you in the future but you definitely need to kick DHL in to touch over how they handle your items.”
