“3rd time lucky. 3rd time lucky Paid for Saturday delivery but wrong item was sent so replacement part arranged for delivery on the Tuesday only for the item to be used so finally got my parts Thursday. Customer service was good just a shame the people picking items have no idea”

“Fabulous service from charterhouse 課_. Fabulous service from charterhouse aquatics as usual, amazing skimmer, glad I bought it, put my old skimmer to shame! Easy to set up and install, so quiet compared to my old one, reduced the noise of niagra falls to calm! I keep checking to see if it's working! And yep it's doing a fantastic job! Money worth spent and worth every penny.”

“These guys get things right. These guys get things right, well most of the time, but if they don't they make it right and thats what really matters. I've always had a call if there was a possibilty that something might not be quite right with an order to let me know. Excelent commmunication + excellent company.”

“Waste of time.. Paid for next day delivery - Never received. Was never advised they didnt have the stock. Called first time on their premium number and was advised i would have it before the end of the week. Called again 3 days after, they advised they didnt know when it'd be back in stock. Thanks for time wasting.”

“Brilliant. Small problem with the courier that was delivering my item however after a short chat with Nick (the manager) all issues were resolved. Due to this I would highly recommend charterhouse due to their outstanding customer service!”
