“Had to wait a month for a delivery that課_. Had to wait a month for a delivery that was supposed to be 10-14 days. Quick to respond to emails, but shouldnt have to keep asking where my order was. Wont be buying anything again”

“Appalling delivery times. Placed my order as they were one of the cheapest for what I wanted and the delivery time was one week which was acceptable. Item was dispatched within 48 hours and I received my delivery tracking number. When I used this tracking number it then said delivery would be two weeks. I課ｪve checked today and my delivery date has been moved back by another day. My item has been at DPDs Birmingham Hub for over a week and has not moved. Why the delivery company are keeping my item I have no idea but don課ｪt quote one week delivery if the delivery company can課ｪt even get close to that. Update - the delivery didn課ｪt arrive. I have sent two emails to Charterhouse and received an automated reply saying that I would normally hear back within 24 hours. One was a week ago, one was two days ago. Still no reply. Appalling service.”

“Please sort this out ....... The website offers free delivery for orders over 螢50. I only order a certain fish food and wanted to order the quantity which would take my order over 螢50 so that I get the free delivery. The website says that they have no more stock available. I wanted to order 4 of the fish food. They would only let me order 2. This has happened to me on 2 occasions.”

“Excellent service. Excellent service. I ordered my Fluval Evo online and within minutes I received an email to say my order was ready for collection. As they are only a few miles away the collection option is brilliant. However they would have delivered it to me for free if I had chosen that option.”
