“Purchased goods for next day delivery 課_. Purchased Seachem Cupramine and Prime for our quarantine tank. Due to issues with next day postage, the items arrived slightly later than expected but packaged extremely well. After being contacted by Charterhouse, they have very kindly offered to refund me the whole cost of my purchase. They have been extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and I will no doubtly use again as I have done before.”

“Very poor communication and packaging. Very poor communication, the order took over a week to be delivered and the frozen food was so badly packed it had mostly defrosted on arrival. I won課ｪt be using this company again.”

“Excellent customer service. Ordered a tank and a few other bits. Unfortunately the tank was broken by the couriers. Phoned Charterhouse Aquatics, sent them a couple of photos of the tank and they sent out a replacement immediately which arrived the next day. It's how companies respond when things go wrong that matters to me. Charterhouse Aquatics responded perfectly!”
