“First time ordering from Charterhouse Aquatics and have found it to be a fairly seamless purchase. Lots of different products at reasonable prices. I ordered a shrimp tank, which came well packaged with no damage. Ordered some rock also and am very impressed at the size and quantity for the price. I now have to much rock 🤣 so may need to get another tank.”

“Prompt and efficient delivery of the Mistking parts that I'd ordered; no complaints about Chaterhouse. Though the packaging from MistKing seems gratuitous. We ordered 25 small elbow joints, and each comes in its own large, plastic and cardboard package. Packs of 10 would take up the same physical size – saving a lot of plastic, energy, and shipping space. Come on Mistking ... Take a leaf out of IKEA's book of success and sort your packaging out to help your clients – and the planet!”
