“I have purchased multiple Marine Tanks and equipment from CA and I've found them to be my first choice for my marine needs. Their website is really good, prices are competitive, delivery is as described and you're kept informed every step of the way. My latest purchase was an Aqua Medic UV Sterilizer for my partners tank that was having issues with Whitespot - so I literally ordered everything online; UV, Pump and tubing at about 12:30pm on the Friday...paid for next day delivery and it was delivered by 10:30am the next day. This has no doubt, helped get a grip on the tanks parasitic issue and save a couple of precious lives. Awesome!!”

“The best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time. Ordered an aquarium which was delivered cracked in transit. Emailed to ask about organising an exchange and within 15 minutes had a reply, with a replacement organised and tracking details for the new delivery. Replacement tank delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Excellent service and customer care. Thank you so much.”

“The purchase of the pico tank was very easy. From navigating the website to the final purchase. It was good to see that everything to do with the packaging from Charterhouse was recyclable, including the tape. The tank was as expected, excellent. Unfortunately the packaging on the tank was covered with sellotape and had to be removed before putting in the recycling bin.”
