“The price promise is 100% correct. I checked all over the internet for a cheaper price for the Ciano 20 with Light and Charterhouse were at least £25 cheaper!!! I thought they were going to send me the one without the light, BUT nope it was the one with the light as ordered. Packaging was superb sent by a named courier. Couldnt be happier and the Ciano 20 is an ideal tank for growing out babies the reason I purchased it for, or just a small desktop tank. Superb Great Awesome etc etc thank you Charterhouse”

“After changing my delivery date to a day when I was away visiting family over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend I amended my delivery notes to be dropped off at my next door neighbours. When I got back he told me it hadn’t been delivered so I checked the delivery tracking website & saw that it was left on my driveway behind a car all weekend in the rain. The box was sodden but thankfully the contents were plastic bottles, however I was less than impressed. This is the second delivery that has been botched recently as on another occasion I paid for next day delivery that didn’t arrive until days later. After using Charterhouse religiously for mail order I’m thinking of trying other outlets, which is disappointing.”

“In the nicest way possible, I filled my basket and paid for all items to then be told 2 days later 5 out of the 6 plants were unavailable and a refund takes upto 10 days . That’s not very good, if unsure of stock a stock check should b done prior to taking money”

“The aquarium was competitively priced. Delivery was disappointing. I took a days annual leave to be available for delivery. Firstly I was sent incorrect tracking for a product delivered in Europe over a month ago. When phoning to check delivery I was assured it would arrive as planned. By 4pm no update so called once more to be told it should be with you today. I then tracked down the local company responsible for the delivery to be told they messaged Charterhouse at 7:30am to advise delivery would not be possible. I was not impressed especially loosing a days annual leave unnecessarily and when contacting Charterhouse to simply get a cursory ’sorry’ felt lacking when spending a few hundred pounds.”
