“I was having problems finding a ATO container to fit out of sight so I emailed Charterhouse to see if my pump would fit in the reef can 18 and they got back to me straight away so bit the bullet and bought one on the 6th Aug late afternoon and to my surprise it came the very next day on the 7th now that’s fantastic service from charterhouse thank you. I know the reef cans are not cheep but OMG what a difference it’s made not having to look at a Jerry can on the floor this reef can slides down the side of my tank out of sight. Once again thanks so much for the quick response and super fast delivery.”

“Best products and exceptional customer service wouldn’t use anyone else to buy my aquatic and reptile equipment, had a problem with DPD delivering rock but after contacting Charterhouse the problem was resolved straight away. A true pleasure to deal with offering an excellent range of equipment”

“Over the years and numerous order I’ve not had any issues until now. I’d ordered rocks and Tropica plants, but the rocks were poorly packaged and damaged the plants during transit. On a positive note they did refund the plants though without any drama, thank you.”
