About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Absolutely 5 stars I'd give more if I could. I originally ordered the Aubrey dress in size 12, I just didn't feel right in the dress despite how lovely it looked. Exchanged with no fuss and I am glad I did the alba felt great and complimented my Ida shoes and bow hairpiece for my hen do”

“I visited the Aisle Edit to look at accessories and shoes and Charlotte and the Team were really helpful in helping me try different styles and ultimately choose the perfect shoes for my wedding. My shoes are stunning and incredibly comfy. The detailing is amazing and so beautiful. I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day!”

“I am really happy that the customer service (Debbie) gave a quick response and very helpful. I live in the Netherlands, so, I bought the shoes online. In the end, the shoes with one size smaller than my usual size suits my feet better (I have returned one pair of shoes earlier). The return process is a bit hassle, but in the end it went well. Overall, I am really satisfy with the work of Charlotte Mills team and most importantly with the beautiful shoes! I cant wait for wearing the shoes in my wedding day!”

“Re order no CM27843. I ordered a beautiful shoe but unfortunately my toes are too round for the design and I had the need to return through tracking number QY959958128CB That was 3 weeks ago today The tracking status has not been updated and is still showing as the shoe being delivered to the PO where I collected them I have no idea when my refund of £250 will be made Disappointed and slightly concerned - would appreciate an update. Many thanks”

“Hi, Thank you I purchased the bridal trainers as a surprise for my daughter. We had visited the store also an purchased her shoes for her big day. The staff are all very friendly and my daughter was looked after really well. The shoes are just fabulous. Thank you once again.”

“I am a Mother of the Bride and was looking for a pair of Ivory shoes to go with my ivory and pink dress. After lots of searching and not finding what I was looking for my daughter suggested I take a look at Charlotte Mills Shoes which is where she had brought her bride shoes from. On the website I found the Katie Shoes which looked just the perfect shoe to go with my dress. The shoes arrived and are just beautiful and the perfect shoe to match my dress. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish. I had just one issue in that the ankle strap was a little short for my ankles. I emailed customer services and had a lovely reply from Debbie who advised me that they could send me longer ankle straps to put in these shoes. Sure enough, the new straps arrived in the post a few days later and I'm just so pleased because now these shoes are just the perfect fit for me. I can't wait to wear these shoes on my daughter's wedding day. Charlotte Mills Shoes are the perfect choice for the Bride and Mother of the Bride!!”

“I've had a wonderful experience shopping online with Charlotte Mills. Originally I picked up a bargain in the Instagram sample sale that I ended up exchanging for a less narrow style. This process was hassle-free as Debbie was really responsive and helpful over email. I'm in love with the replacements that I bought. What added to the experience was how luxuriously the shoes were packaged, I was excited to unwrap them!”

“Most patient customer service ever! I got one of the items that had been on the shop floor. And I was going back and forth changing my mind via Instagram, on what bag to get and the replies were super quick, very friendly and understanding. I ended up getting the Lara Leopard bag and it looks brand new, arrived quickly and was packed so nicely. I can't wait for the big day. The bag is perfect and kinda edgy which I love. Thanks for the great help and service.”

“I would not recommend buying Here. Firstly the website advertises that shoes should be delivered within 2 working days if you chose standard delivery. My shoes took 8 days to arrive and that was only after chasing the company. They were not dispatched until 7 days after my order was placed, having taken the money from me as soon as the order was placed. Secondly when the shoes finally arrived, The shipping quality was POOR. I ordered multiple pairs of shoes to try and rather than carefully packaging them in one box, they arrived in a make shift box.. they used 3 small boxes masking tapped together to make a big parcel. This made it difficult to unpack but also a nightmare to return. I thought this was poor service for a company selling shoes at £300 a pair. Finally the shoes were pretty but felt let down by the service so returned all the shoes. Its been 2 weeks since I return them and have still not received my refund or any communication for the company. I feel for the price of the shoe the service should be significantly better so would personally buy elsewhere. ordered my shoes on 8/2 and not receive them until 16/2. The website says you will receive a dispatched email, when I still hadn’t received one on 13/2 I emailed. Customer service was responsive and apologied for the delay but confirmed they would be sent out by 14/2. In the end they were only dispatched on the 15/2.”
