About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“I was really excited that I’d managed to get the Harri heels on offer until I received an email a few days later that there was an error in the system and then they were all out of stock. I emailed charlotte mills and explained how I was disappointed, but they soon quickly offered me the henri shoes which I equally love for the same price I’d paid for the harri. So I am very impressed with the customer service and I love my new shoes. Thank you CM x”

“I live in Australia so I was a bit wary about making such an important purchase online. But honestly, I had such a great experience. Debbie answered all my questions and advised I size up as the style I wanted ran small and I’m so thankful because my shoes fit perfectly! I can’t thank the CM team enough. When my shoes arrived, I felt quite emotional and emailed Debbie again to thank her. I was also pleasantly surprised when Charlotte responded to my comment on one of her posts on Insta, which I thought was so nice! I highly recommend!!! 100 stars!!!”

“So far I have the Meghan Pearl heels, the Karolina trainers and the Alice Pearl slippers. What else can I say, other than they’re all such amazing quality and so so comfortable! I can’t wait to wear them for my wedding day and beyond! I’m already planning my next pair. Just cause I’ll no longer be a bride doesn’t mean I plan to give up the Charlotte Mills comfort and style.”

“I am absolutely delighted with these shoes and I simply can't contain my excitement to wear them on my wedding day! They are not only stunning in appearance, but also incredibly comfortable! The attention to detail is remarkable, evident from the beautiful packaging that reflects the immense effort put into creating them. I must also commend the customer support team for their exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness. They truly went above and beyond! :) As for the sizing, they are true to size. The only slight disappointment is the unavailability of a wide fit option for this particular model, as I have slightly wider feet. However, I am confident that with some wear, they will naturally adapt and provide a perfect fit. For anyone facing a similar issue, rest assured that even on the first wear, they are still wearable, albeit a bit snug. Nothing to worry about! If you are ordering shoes outside the UK, be prepared for customs fees, but this is something that Charlotte Mills kindly warns you about in advance (which I appreciated). Regardless of the customs charges, it's worth it for such beautiful shoes! :)”

“Fantastic service. Bought a couple of styles to try on at home as I’m very far from the shop. Quick delivery and easy returns. Slight issue with refund (my fault) but this was rectified very promptly. Great customer service.”

“I ordered my bridal shoes from here in the sale a size smaller than my usual size I really wanted them to fit after being disappointed with the fit of 2 pairs prior to this. The inscription on the sole is also very special and beautiful. I'm really pleased.”

“After searching the shops and internet for months I finally chose the most amazing pair and can honestly say I am absolutely in love with my wedding shoes they’re just perfect and better than I could ever have imagined! They are everything I envisaged for my special day, they’re comfortable and glamorous! “I ordered the Allie embellished midi dress for my hen party this weekend and I love it! I looked everywhere for a dress like this and I was not disappointed. Im usually a size 10 but ordered a size down (8) as suggested on the website and It fits like a glove. Beautiful embellishment and great quality. Definitely a statement dress and perfect for my hen party. I can’t wait to wear this tomorrow!”

“The quality of the products is brilliant, you can tell they have been made with a lot of care and expertise. The packaging is also gorgeous and makes the whole purchase feel extra special. I used customer service to see if I could swap my shoe just outside of the return period, as a new release of a very similar (but just a bit sparklier!) product had been announced. They allowed me to return the original shoes (as they were still in perfect condition!) and gave me a credit note, all in time for the new release. I can't thank Debbie enough for the service she provided, she was brilliant and so helpful (and made sure I've now got the perfect shoes for my big day!). It was also such a nice change to have the same person to contact every time, as it meant I didn't have to re-explain anything. All in all a great experience with a lovely brand.”

“First of all I need to recommend the store Charlotte Mills at the aisle edit in Manchester. What an amazing place! I was looked after by Brooke who was just fantastic.. she made the full experience a day to remember! I was well and truly spoilt by this shopping experience.. wish I could come back and buy them all over again! Next the shoes 😍😍 wow! They are absolutely perfect and fit as though they were made for my feet. The leather and the quality is just first class! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and cannot recommend this fabulous brand enough.. 💗👌🏼”

“The dress I ordered was for my hen party. STUNNING!! I had ordered a few other white dresses and they all looked very cheap and were of poor quality. This dress looks the part and I am over the moon with it. Only tiny thing I would say, if I was being overly.picky, is its a bit on the short side for us big bum girls. Maybe a curve range? Was delivered in a beautiful box and very quick.”
