About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Shoes are beautiful and comfortable for wide fit. I ordered size 5 wide. Unfortunately my order was not delivered completely. Organza strapped were not in the package. Considering that I am abroad and paid $182 for customs to receive the shoes, I was hoping to get my order all together.”

“I wear US7 shoes so sized down to UK3 as recommended but they were too small so I requested store credits and shipped the shoes back to return. On the last day of their processing waiting period I was going to email to complain as I did not have store credits yet but thankfully someone reached out to me first. I was provided store credits soon after. Overall a smooth process for an international purchase.”

“Yeah lovely and I ordered down as I'm normally a 38 but all advice is to size down and these size 4s fit really well. I bought as I think they'll look good in the church and as a novelty really. Only thing I would say is that the buckle does not look like it would sustain hardly more than a day of wear. That part looks quite cheaply made and I'm a little dubious it will last for the entire day but we'll see. Glad I bought in sale and not at full price otherwise I'd probably be sending back.”

“I have recently purchased some gorgeous, high quality shoes from Charlotte Mills for my wedding in 2024. It was easy to order online, and the shoes arrived quickly, boxed well to ensure they didn't get damaged en route. Charlotte Mills shoes are expensive, but they do some good sales / deals throughout the year so it's worth keeping an eye on those if you are trying to keep your wedding to a budget. I managed to get my shoes in a sample sale so I am really pleased! Having said that, the quality, design and comfort of the shoes means they are worth investing in.”

“I ordered my shoes for my wedding from the website, the first set they sent weren't the ones I had ordered however I contacted them and they were super helpful exchanging the pair for the right pair. The new pair are perfect, so comfy and I love them! They have sent really helpful emails on how to wear them in before the big day and the box came with cute little notes!”

“Lovely shoes, great little touches to them, was a shame when you purchased shoes in store that you didn't get a Charlotte Mills branded bag or even a blue one, instead just a low quality white one, would have been a nice touch for the money you're paying and especially as you were buying in person instead of online. Store attendant was okay but not overly forthcoming or chatty, would have expected a little bit more of a better service, overall very happy with the shoes, can't wait to wear them, just let down on the bag & store staff”

“The shoes are stunning and I really love them. Look forward to wearing them on my wedding day. My size usually is 4.5 uk so I ordered size 5 which fits spot on. The only thing that did not suit me and I took one star of is because on Jamie shoes strap was way too long for my skinny legs and the metal strap would be right in front of my leg but Ilso I had to take to shoe shop to get the strap to be taken in. Overal I’m very happy with shoes and service very attentive and love details that come with it”

“Lovely shoes, wonderfully made and comfy but too narrow for me. The length was spot on but too tight. I found the pearls on the pair I bought a little but much in real life and found they did hit together if I walked too close. Wonderfully made but just not perfect for me. Would recommend 100%.”

“Your shoes are wonderful, but it would be great to offer different sizes of wide feet because it was still not wide enough and I don't even have really wide feet but sensitive ones.”
