Re order no CM27843. I ordered a beautiful shoe but unfortunately my toes are too round for the design and I had the need to return through tracking number QY959958128CB
That was 3 weeks ago today
The tracking status has not been updated and is still showing as the shoe being delivered to the PO where I collected them
I have no idea when my refund of £250 will be made
Disappointed and slightly concerned - would appreciate an update. Many thanks
