About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“I bought the Henrietta pearl shoes for my wedding day and they are absolutely stunning! I’m normally in trainers every day and they were comfy enough to wear until after the first dance which is a miracle! They come in beautiful packaging and feel really special. Also I was a very indecisive bride and ordered 6 pairs to try on at home …all 5 were returned very easily and the money was quickly refunded!”

“Beautiful designed shoes but i m a size 5 and the fittings for all the sizes of 5,4 &3 were not right for my feet. They were all too long and the strap was also too long. So unfortunately I had to return them. The customer service was very helpful.”

“Hi team, I wanted to have written to you before but pre and post wedding months are so rushed I didn’t have a chance. I purchased my shoes with you for my wedding last month and I have to say I have done A LOT of research. I think it was one of them most difficult things to find as I wanted something comfortable but also beautiful and timeless. Luckily I found your brand online and purchased the Kiri Pearl shoes. I wanted to drop you a note to say I could not be happier with my purchase, from the moment it arrived with a beautiful packaging to the wedding day, when I wore my shoes pretty much until the end of the party (and I did not leave that dance floor!!). “I came across CM via Instagram ads. I loved their shoes and decided to buy them. Originally I brought the wrong size so I sent back for an exchange. As I was at my parents for a week I called to ask to change the postage address and instead they fast tracked the new pair to me and I had them the next day! The right size, beautifully made and buttery soft leather. The customer service i received when calling in to organise the exchange was unbelievable. I thought I would end up having to wait ages. Very impressed and I can’t wait to wear my shoes! Thank you so much!”
