“I ordered a ladies Barbour jacket firstly it was cheaper than other sites but mainly because of the excellent reviews from previous customers. I was not disappointed! It arrived well boxed and well within the time given on ordering. Another very happy customer.”

“I ordered a Barbour Steve McQueen jacket in two sizes, it arrived promptly and well packaged, I tried on the medium first which was perfect so didn't need to try on the other side in large. I sent the large back first class signed for with Royal Mail, first class was only about £1 more, I received the acknowledgement of receipt from CH in less than 24 hours of the item being posted and received a refund within two days. Excellent experience.”
