“I am very happy with my wax Beadnell jacket. Disappointed I had to buy the hood separately, expected it being included. Also, disappointed that I tried to use my first time customer coupon you kindly offered me, & could'nt. As there were no coupon slot availability in order to use it?”

Helpful Report

We are very grateful for your informative review. Unfortunately Barbour does not supply your jacket with a hood included but does offer the option to buy one if you require one. With regards to the coupon; all our coupons are only valid against a full price purchase. As your jacket was already generously discounted no further reduction could apply and we are very sorry that was not clear to you on the website. Thank you and kind regards Charles Hobson
