“I paid for my item with Apple Pay which bypasses the shipping options. I therefore rang to establish whether I could change from the (default) 10 day option. The representative reported that the item had shipped already and likely to arrive the following day - just in time for Christmas! Excellent customer service.”

“My husband and I love visiting the shop in Easingwold to view and try on clothing in person whilst catching up with the team and drinking amazing coffee. Adverse circumstances, however meant that we had to order on line and the service in terms of speed is and efficiency could not have been better and the clothing is perfect.”
