I ordered a Barbour Beadnell jacket as my daughter has one which I love. I I checked by email that the green on your website was the Sage and this was confirmed . My daughter does not live near me and when the jacket arrived I thought it was a different colour but couldn’t be sure. I’ve just met up with her and the one I was sent was not Sage. It’s not a deal breaker as I do like the jacket but I am disappointed

We have both the olive green and the sage green versions of this jacket available on our website - and did include links to both in our email reply to you - but you did in fact place an order for the Barbour Classic Beadnell Jacket in olive and not the sage version. Bought £200 Barbour Wax Jacket for present ... Arrived in sinlge lay cheapest plastick almost ripped ... Will not use this service for sure ! Wrote email long a go never got response...

Unfortunately we have no record of any emails from you, nor any that may have accidentally ended up in our spam or discarded folders. I know I should have looked more closely, but having to pay for delivery AND returns! That is poor. The product was fine, just didn't fit. DPD were dreadful: not delivered as they couldn't find address, although they have delivered here before on many occasions. Had to ask for delivery to local Millets for pick-up. Altogether an experience to forget.

My purchased item was good when it finally arrived. The delivery was poor, failing to arrive on time, sadly the communication was shocking. i would not purchase from the dealer again, nor would i recommend them to others.

Courier messed me about, couldn't deliver even though I was in and didn't bother calling me. Also requested to drop off to collection point still haven't dropped it or been notified of an update

Poor delivery service. Free delivery advertised on the website, but was not available for the product I bought at check out. Paid for express next day delivery, but despite being in all day DPD sent a missed delivery email. Product was delivered the next day marked 'fragile' in a box that had been squashed and ripped open.

Unofrtunately, I am unable to review the product, because I have yet to receive it. Ordering online was easy, I got the product I wanted at a competitive price. The delivery information was provided, and I elected to have it delivered at a local shop for pickup. The delivery company's update told me it would be available for collection on Tuesday 10th - it wasn't. I then had a second update saying it had been delivered at 9:07am, so went to the shop for the third time, again no parcel. I'm told that the shop did not book it in because they had a problem scanning it in; the delivery company took the parcel back with them. Later today, I will make my fourth visit to the shop (our my new 'local' as I'm beginning to think of it as) to see whether it has been re-delivered, and successfully booked in. Using the 'Follow My Parcel' link, I can see that they will attempt to deliver again today. Clearly, I do not hold you responsible for the mix-ups of the delivery company, but I think you might like to be aware of these problems, which obviously impact on the overall buying experience. It's a shame, because without this mis-hap, it's probable that I would have rated this a 5-star experience Regards Eden Winwood
