We are very puzzled by your comments as we only have one email from you where you are asking for a "generous discount". As our website is already generously discounted on a regular basis we did not feel the need to respond. We are delighted, however, that you were very pleased with the service and delivery of the jacket you bought from us as detailed in your email. Hi ............the reason i have voted this very poor is that i have been asked to rate the service (Wednesday) but am still waiting for my article to arrive (Thursday) with no notification from anyone with regard when delivery will be.

I have not yet received parcel , you use DPD as your courier service , due to only receiving notification 2 hours before and was out , had notification that it had been dropped off at a local collection point which wasn’t that local to me ,received pass to go and collect , having gone to pick up told parcel is not there , I have no idea we’re my parcel is me DPD has no contact number or email to make contact to find out .

Poor delivery for the price paid. Had I known it would take over a week I could have picked it myself. Will not be buying from here again purely due to the postage!

Bought an item then cancelled it within 10 minutes. Still sent it out as nobody works weekends, wasted time and money trying to speak to anyone in customer services before the faff of sending it back at a cost, useless

We do try to check this regularly, however as a very small, physical shop too, we are not always able to check every day. The shoes I bought recently (Loake Bannister, order reference 18906) are satisfactory in all but one respect. The laces are too short to tie up! I am now trying to find longer ones. If you are able to supply sufficiently long ones I will give you a full rating.

Hi Mr Thomas. We're sorry to hear that the laces on the shoes were too short. Unfortunately, Loake are only able to provide us with the standard fitting laces that come with each individual pair. We can only advise that many Loake trainers are designed for the laces to be tucked underneath the tongue and hidden from view, and therefore may be shorter in length to cater for this. The parcel has been sent to the wrong address my order clearly stated 7/2 Magdalene Gardens EH15 3DG it was delivered to 72 Magdalene Gardens EH15 3dw now the parcel is missing and I can’t seem to track it and no one is answering the phone very disappointed and out of pocket as I’ll have to purchase another as I need it for Friday morning

The product I ordered is superb, no complaints about the service your company provided, as regards to Dpd thats different . They texted me to say they were delivering between 0945 and 1045, I was not there but my wife was. I then received a text saying that it had been delivered and was signed by Brian ? I phoned my wife to see if she had received it , no, it hadn't come. I contacted Dpd which wasn't easy and was told that it had been delivered to my address and had been signed for. I explained that we had not received it , Dpd then told me it had been left with neighbours , there was no card left in the door, now either it was delivered to me or not what is it? . I asked for an explanation, he said he would ring the driver and see what had happened. The driver said he had delivered it to No3 and it had been signed for , I am No 2 which in our close we have one area of even numbers and one area odd numbers so the No 3 location was at the other end of the close. My wife went down to this house and they somewhat reluctantly gave her the parcel. I think this is very poor service from yours couriers , I wonder how many times this happens. regards

Order was to come on the Friday 28 but didn’t come. It did not come on Saturday 29 .Monday morning and still no news from DPD about my coat.

Buying on the mobile site there was no disclaimer to tell me despite selecting the option for next day delivery and paying additional money for it, my item wouldn't arrive for two days. Awkward considering it was a birthday gift.
