“Excellent service couldn't ask for better. Decided to purchase Barbour coat after seeking advice on size with a very helpful member of staff ordered late on Tuesday night and was delighted on Friday morning, fantastic. I also liked the fact that it was a small store and not a large multinational, well done Charles Hobson! Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this store again. Thank you.”

“Did not like having to pay all of the costs of a return - £6.”

Helpful Report

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel unhappy about paying for your return. We try very hard to be competitively priced and as much as we would like to offer free returns, as a small independent high street shop, we simply cannot afford to. We are always happy to chat with our customers over the phone or by email before they purchase to discuss size so perhaps, if you could see your self purchasing from us again we would be very happy to try and assist you before you placed your order. Thank you and kind regards Charles Hobson
