We do try to check this regularly, however as a very small, physical shop too, we are not always able to check every day. As you order included next-day-delivery, we processed it as quickly as possible for our dispatch team to attend to. The jacket was despatched very quickly and arrived within a few days. I was happy with my purchase and very pleased with the excellent service and will certainly buy from this shop again.”

“Purchased a Barbour coat which unfortunately had a manufacturing defect with the inner left sleeve. After contacting the store a replacement coat was checked and sent out immediately arriving the next day, along with a prepaid returns label for the first coat, making the return very simple. I cannot recommend the customer service provided highly enough. Very pleased on all counts the new coat fits perfectly. The staff were a pleasure deal with.”
