“First time buyer used the website to purchase a Barbour jacket. With the cost being over £200 it's important that I was satisfied with the product. The quality was as expected from barbour and it was well. Packaged and unspoiled. The size I order was too big and once I sent the item back it was exchanged and redelivered within 7 days from point of return. I did contact the customer help desk to ensure I'd receive within that time frame due to a holiday booked. They were very pleasant and assurance was given. They remained true to their word and thus I won't hesitate using this site again and I fact will make it one of my go to sites for new clothing. 10/10”
