“Before I purchased a Barbour Ogston Jacket from Charles Hobson, I was one of life’s losers. Women laughed at me, men shunned me and when I went to the beach, small children would kick sand in my face. My boss didn’t know who I was and my co-workers thought I was employed by another company in the building. Then I purchased Barbour Ogston Jacket from Charles Hobson and from that moment on I developed a personality and instantly became a raconteur, bon vivant and a fellow well met. I have now gone on to qualify as a Navy SEAL, a stealth fighter pilot and a Major in the SAS where I have survived countless incursions behind enemy lines. In addition, I frequently like to tread water for three consecutive days and once, single-handedly, killed a 5-meter long Cayman crocodile. In my spare time I remodel aircraft terminals with emphasis on conservational issues and I also act as a consultant on Time Management skills to the elderly and lecture on Medieval Tapestries to the infirm. More recently, I have become a renowned expert in urban hang gliding techniques, winner of bull fights in San Juan, cliff-diving competitions in Sri Lanka and spelling bees in the Kremlin. Men admire me and when women see my Ogston, they want to marry me – and yes, it’s all thanks to Charles Hobson.”

“Fantastic value I purchased the original barbour wax jacket at 33% cheaper than I could find anywhere else. The jacket is exactly what I was looking for although I knew this as I had bought the exact same jacket 16 years ago and the quality is still the same. Delivery was on time and the personal note that I received with the item is a nice touch and I would definitely order from Charles hobson meanswear again”

“This was my first experience with Charles Hobson. I bought a Barbour jacket, but unfortunately I had to return it because it was too big. The package includes a return label, so the whole procedure of returns is made quite simple. The company immediately acknowledges returned goods and then issues you a refund on the same day. Even Amazon takes a few days to do that. I would definitely recommend this company, and if the situation arises again, I will definitely buy again.”
