As suggested, this order was dispatched after Christmas on this occasion due to our seasonal cut-off. “I received two pairs of shoes that were sadly faulty. I emailed the Charles Clinkard help desk immediately on both occasions and they were quick to respond. They also arranged for replacement pairs to be mailed out to me and offered me a reduction in the cost of the shoes as a reimbursement for the inconvenience I had been put to. Good customer service.”
