“I ordered a pair of sale shoes and to be honest they should never have been sent out, one was perfect the other was creased and scuffed, very disappointing.I decided to return them to my local shop and was treated like royalty, the young lady behind the counter couldn’t of been more helpful, I got the same shoes (perfect) for lass money, I won’t be ordering online again”

Whilst we sometimes source products from our branches to offer the greatest selection of shoes, this should have been picked up during the quality checks before dispatch.
